We are a hospitable and friendly Italian-German family that offers a nice double room with private bath on the Lido di Venezia, the “beach of Venice”. Optimal position, 10 minutes by boat to St. Mark’s Square, 5 minutes’ walk to the beach .
We welcome our guests with cordiality and respect for their privacy. If desired we are glad to give information about special places, traditional celebrations and other local events in order to let you have a lively and more authentic impression and make your holiday in Venice a unique event.

With our boat tours, “Stories on the boat”, we’ll bring you with our traditional venetian boat (called Sanpierotta) to the most beautiful and silent places in the lagoon and let you become a feeling of the historical atmosphere seeing our beautiful city from the water perspective.
The boat tours can be booked separately of the B&B room.
